European 3D Printing Polymer Operators (EAGLE)

Activities

During the project a Train the Trainers in Advanced Manufacturing activity will be held. This activity will offer the opportunity for transnational partners to actively contribute towards the optimization of the obtained results and to create a context for regional and transnational cooperation regarding digital capabilities for the partners involved. Observing, shadowing and discussing work with colleagues will represent the most important measure for transfer and acquisition of knowledge. Another aim, in the implementation of the learning activities, is the improvement of the participant’s professional competencies.

After the training activity, all partners will also be able to retain and pass on the knowledge learnt to other members of their institutions.

MHtE will prepare the train the trainers able to reproduce and guide the new EAGLE project outputs. During the 3- day learning activity the features of the Train the Trainer Guidelines and procedures to qualify trainers will be presented.

  • Participants are capacitated to transfer the knowledge acquired to other trainers in their own institutions.

  • Participants, afterwards, present the project in their own institutions with the aim of raising project awareness and transfer the knowledge acquired in a way that more trainers are able to deliver the EAGLE results in their own Country.

  • Participants are expected to gain knowledge in order to disseminate EAGLE project outputs throughout the International Qualification Systems for the fields of Additive Manufacturing Network.
